Charging on the Hyderabad to Vijayawada route
We leave Hyderabad at 100% and stop for about an hour at Narketpally, roughly a third of the way. This is the one corridor out of Hyderabad with genuine redundancy — Narketpally junction alone has several independent fast chargers across two operators, and Suryapet 45 km further on has more, including a manned 24-hour hub. If something is busy or down here, there is always another option within a few minutes.

What to know about this drive
- The slow parts are all at the Hyderabad end — Hayathnagar, Abdullapurmet and Choutuppal, where a Sunday market compounds it. Leaving via the ORR Pedda Amberpet exit skips most of it.
- The Panthangi toll plaza is the single biggest queue on the route, especially on Sunday evenings and after festivals. Tolls are billed separately from the fare.
- This is a common one-way corporate route. If you only need a drop, book it as a one-way rather than a round trip.
