Waiting Policy
15 mins of free waiting. Post that, ₹50 for each additional 5 mins.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 1 hr before pickup for no fee, post that a fee is applied.
Cancellation fee rules:

10 mins of free waiting. Post that, ₹100 for each additional 15 mins.

Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 1 hr before pickup for no fee, post that a fee is applied.

Outstation Trips
Note: The Outstation Policy also applies to trips to the outskirts of cities.
For example, in the case of Bangalore, areas such as Hosur, Nandi Hills, Golfshire, and similar locations will be treated as outstation trips, and the Outstation Policy will be applicable.
Waiting Policy
The first 30 mins of waiting are free. After that, a waiting fee of ₹50 will be charged for every additional 5 mins for one-way outstation trips.
For round trips, the car will be available for the entire duration and can be used as needed.
Cancellation Policy
IF PICK-UP IS WITHIN CITY LIMITS
Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 1 hr before pickup for no fee, post that a fee is applied.
Cancellation fee rules:

IF PICK-UP IS OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS
Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 6 hr before pickup for no fee, post that a fee is applied.
Cancellation fee rules:
