We include 15 minutes of free waiting time with every airport ride. If you need a little extra time, the waiting charge is ₹50 per 5 mins. However, beyond 30 minutes of your original booking time, Shoffr reserves the right to cancel the ride so that other guests aren’t affected.

For domestic flights, we suggest keeping your pick-up time 30 minutes after the flight landing time. For international flights, we recommend a 45-minute buffer.

Every outstation trip includes 30 minutes of free waiting. After that, it's ₹50 for every additional 5 mins.

If your pick-up is from within the city (Bangalore or Delhi), then you can cancel for free up to 1 hour prior.

In case your pick-up is from outside the city (Bangalore or Delhi), free cancellation is allowed only 6 hours prior to the pick-up time. After that, graded cancellations fees will apply - for exact timings and charges, please see the full policy.

We offer outstation trips to anywhere within a 400km radius around Bangalore.

Yes, we offer both one-way and round-trip options for outstation trips.

Toll charges are not included in the booking amount and will need to be paid separately. We will inform you of any applicable toll charges during your trip.

Rental bookings can be modified up to 1 hour prior to your pick-up time. Any extensions after that are subject to availability and charged at ₹1,000 per hour. As such, we recommend that you keep a sufficient buffer and book accordingly to begin with.

We offer unlimited kilometers for city rentals, as long as it’s within the city limits. Note that this does not include airports.

Yes, we welcome pets at Shoffr! Please indicate that you are traveling with pets when you book your ride. There is an additional fee of ₹500 for cats and ₹750 for dogs, which goes towards deep cleaning the car.

Yes, there are a few guidelines to follow: - Pets must be in carriers or under restraint at all times. - No more than 2 pets are allowed per ride. - Any damage caused to the vehicle by pets must be reimbursed to Shoffr.
