Where does my Shoffr pickup happen at Delhi airport?
At IGIA, T1 and T2 pickups are from the second lane for commercial cars and T3 pickups are from the Multi-Level Car Parking (MLCP). At Hindon Airport, pickups are in front of the terminal gate. Your driver contacts you after landing.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
15 minutes of waiting is included with every booking. We can often wait longer if it doesn't impact the next guest, and we recommend a 30-minute buffer for domestic and 45-minute buffer for international arrivals.
Which car will I get?
Every Shoffr ride is a BYD e6 — a noiseless, Innova-sized electric SUV that seats 4 adults and fits 4 large suitcases.
Are fares fixed or is there surge pricing?
The fare you see at booking is the fare you pay. There is no surge pricing; only tolls are payable separately on applicable routes.
Can I travel with my pet?
Yes — Shoffr is officially pet-friendly. Indicate pets while booking; a deep-cleaning fee of ₹500 for cats and ₹750 for dogs applies.
